Take some time to do something physically comforting… breathe deep and feel gratitude for the comfort and for the gift of life.
I enjoy having a hot drink, or patting my face with a hot washcloth… giving myself a little massage, or maybe even just a nice long hug and caress.
Remind yourself how much you care about you, and how good you feel about yourself.
Just feel how good it feels to feel good.
Then go on with your day.
